Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies
HOW WE SHIP:
Orders are processed and picked up by the US Postal Service at 11:00am Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 10 am will be processed the business day. Special rates for UPS/FedEx residential deliveries as well as expedited shipping may apply. Please contact us directly for these rates.
Our system will automatically send shipment tracking information on orders that include a valid email address.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
- Store purchases: Please contact the retailer where the product was purchased and inquire about their exchange or return policy.
- Website and Event purchases are eligible for replacement or refund within 30 days from date of purchase
- Please call (704) 534-2214 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the return. Any item returned without prior approval will not be eligible for refund.
- Items being exchanged must be unopened and not damaged.
- Opened items will be eligible for up to 80% refund depending upon it’s condition.
- All returns are to be shipped back to us with appropriate tracking in place. We are not responsible for items returned, lost in transit and unable to be traced. Items shipped without secure wrapping and that are damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued in the form of check or reversal of original payment when possible. Credit Card and Paypal refunds will be for the purchase price of the item less any interchange and/or processing fees associated with the original purchase transaction.
